Passionate about environmental issues from an early age I am now a chartered building surveyor specializing in historic and eco building.

As a busy working Mum, I have to balance the needs of my family with my concerns for the environment. I try to “reduce, reuse and recycle" as much as possible – I even recycled my brother’s kitchen! When I do buy new, I buy good quality products that last and can be repaired rather than thrown away.

I have set up this website to share some of my discoveries. My initial product range may seem eclectic but I only sell products that I use and like that come from companies with sound principles. Good quality is a given; it doesn’t matter how eco friendly your washing up liquid is if it doesn’t wash the dishes! Being green to me is as much about preserving communities as protecting habitats, many of the products I sell are made by small companies in the uk others help support co operatives or villages overseas.
